  1. WorldClock Menu Features

  3.                                                                The WorldClock Menu, located in the menubar 
  4.                                                                                      at the top of the screen, is used to select among 
  5.                                                                                      WorldClock's several display screens.  All
  6.                                                                                      screens display a world map with the locations
  7.                                                                                      of the day and night regions shown.
  8.  
  9.                                                                                      All screens also show the positions of the sun 
  10.                                                                                      and moon, and a digital clock panel with the 
  11.                                                                                      current time at the computer's home location.
  12.  
  13.                                                                                      A Save... menu permits you to save all or
  14.                                                                                      part of your current changes, and also allows
  15.                                                                                      you to save a monthly almanac file to disk, 
  16.                                                                                      which may be viewed or printed from a
  17.                                                                                      spreadsheet or word processor.

  23. Clocks - The Default Screen
  24. Depending upon the size of your display, the
  25. Clocks screen displays 5 or 7 worldwide clocks, 
  26. set to the locations you choose from the database.  Each clock shows the current time, date, and 
  27. lighting at that location, the hours different from home, and the distance and direction from home. 
  28. Click once on any clock to choose its location from the database.  The clock will instantly show 
  29. the time at that location.

  31. Sunrise, Sunset, & Twilight Today or Tomorrow
  32. These screens display the time and azimuth along the horizon for sunrise and sunset.  Also displayed 
  33. are the times of civil, nautical, and astronomical twilight, and hours of daylight.

  35. Sun and Moon Calendars
  36. Use these screens to find information about the sun's declination and the time and position of the 
  37. sun at local noon.  The moon calendar gives moon phase and the times and location of moonrise and 
  38. moonset, and indicates the days during the month of the various moon phases.  The calendars are 
  39. active input devices, permitting you to quickly find data for any date.

  42. See at a glance the current solar situation and shadows.  Animate to see the situation over a 24-hour 
  43. period.  Click on the map to see the situation anywhere.

  45. Preferences - Tailor WorldClock's display settings, including the size, to your individual needs.

  47. Change Settings - Use this screen to select a new home location, set the time or date, or to add, 
  48. remove, or edit a database location.
  49.  
  50. Save... Save the changes you have made, if any, or create and save a monthly almanac file, which 
  51. can be opened, viewed, edited, and printed from your spreadsheet or word processing program.
